Return policy.
We only want our tubs of Beever to go to loving homes, places where they'll be appreciated and cared for. So if you aren’t happy with yours, you know what you can do? You can stick your tub in the post and send it back to us, and we’ll refund your money. We’re nice that way, but don’t take the Mick, we don’t want any pots that are half full.
You’ve got 14 days to get your Beever back to us from the day it reaches your door. And if you do intend to send your Beever back (seriously, are you ga-ga?), please let us know within seven working days of receiving it.
The last thing we want is your Beever going missing in the post. So to make sure we get it back, we strongly recommend that the parcel is sent by a recorded delivery service (you know, one that requires a signature upon receipt). Yeah, we know, we’re good to you. But saying that, even we can’t accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.
If you want a refund, we’ll reimburse the price paid by you for the items you buy within thirty (30) days of receiving notification that you’d like to return the products. But only if you’ve returned the goods to us within 14 working days of delivery.
We can only issue refunds against the original credit/debit card used. And if you do decide to try and send us back a pot of Beever that’s half finished, guess what? We’ll be in touch to tell you you’ve been very naughty, and we won’t give you a penny back. You’ll even be responsible for arranging the return of your Beever and that can take up to 28 days after our notification.
This return policy is only applicable to purchases made online. If you purchased your Beever at a store, please understand that each store has its own return policy. We're sorry, but returns for purchases made in a retailer selling Beever can’t be returned to or exchanged at Beever online. And vice versa, returns for purchases made online won’t be accepted for return or exchange at a Beever distributor. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Thanks for taking the time to read all this bumf. But seriously why would you want to return your Beever? It’s the best thing out there.
The Returns Process – step by step:
STEP 1. To notify us of your intention to return or cancel your order, you need to get in touch seven working days after the day of delivery. You can pick up the phone and call Customer Services on 0113 242 9229, or drop us an email at enquiries@beever.co.uk with your order details. Remember, we can’t accept returned goods that we believe have been excessively used. A couple of goes, yes, a half finished pot, no.
STEP 2. When telling us of your intention to return your Beever, you’ll need to either tell our Customer Services your customer order number, or make a note of it in the email you send, along with a description of the item(s) you’re returning. You can find this information on your despatch note.
STEP 3. When returning the product please ensure that the parcel is properly sealed, and ensure you’ve included the original despatch note. We strongly recommend that the parcel is sent by a recorded delivery service (one that requires a signature upon receipt). The return delivery address is:

Please make sure you retain the recorded delivery receipt. That way, you can provide proof that you’ve returned the goods in the unlikely event that we don’t receive the parcel. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.
STEP 4. If you’ve chosen to receive a refund, we’ll process it within thirty (30) days of receiving notification that you’d like to return the products. That is provided that you have returned the goods to us within 14 working days.
